Pat McIntyre - profile

Pat is a singer and guitarist, originally born in Wales and now living and performing in Bristol, England. With a huge repertoire of songs at his dispensal and that all-important gift of being able to engage with any crowd, Pat will truly make your wedding reception an evening to remember!

He has been performing for well over 10 years, both solo and as part of various bands. At the moment he is studying for a Masters degree in Songwriting at Bath Spa University. He also spends a lot of time collaborating and recording/producing for others. He completing a degree in Music Tech in 2004, and also writes a lot of original material. Pat plays acoustic and electric guitar, with the help of a looper pedal. "What on earth is a looper pedal?" I hear you ask. Well, it's a fancy little gizmo that allows Pat to record what he plays and sings, play it back and play/sing on top of the recording. It's like having a backing track, but better because all the music is performed live! Basically, it gives the illusion of having more than one musician on stage. Raw has been spinning records since he was old enough to hold a stylus! Growing up, one of his main passions was playing, recording and generally surrounding himself with music, so it was no surprise that this was the field he was destined to end up in.

Throughout his twenties, DJ Raw played various venues throughout the UK. His talent for mixing and engaging with crowds brought him many accolades. Alongside his DJing career, he also wrote and produced his own original music.

These days, the vinyl has been replaced with digital music and Raw's passion for music and entertaining a crowd is as strong as ever! With a vast collection of music spanning well over 10,000 different songs, he's bound to have the right selection of music for your big night.
