Having the acoustic guitar played for your first dance makes it all the more romantic and memorable. Just contact us and let us know well in advance which tune you’d like for your first dance and Pat will be happy to oblige. If he doesn’t already know it he usually learns pretty quick!

First Dance Tuition – professional masterclass

If you’re after something really special for the first dance, we highly recommend a masterclass with professional dancer and choreographer Fae Currie. Fae trained at Paul McCartney’s prestigious Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) and Liverpool Theatre School. Now based in the South-West, Fae has many professional credits to her name such as StreetDance 3D (Vertigo Films), BBC productions Being Human, Doctors, Casualty plus many more. She has choreographed large-scale productions for The Bristol Hippodrome, professional stage schools and for TV productions.

Fae has taught numerous wedding couples, and knows exactly how to fit around exactly what you want for your special day. The song you chose for your first dance is a good guideline in helping you choose which style to dance – but if you’re unsure, Fae will guide you through every step of the way. She can teach any style from ballroom, latin, classical, traditional to funky, street and commercial.

This is the first special moment you will share as a married couple, but for some people, it can be quite daunting with your guests watching! So whether you want more confidence, experience or a challenge, the dance master class is for you. The classes can be taught from a complete beginner to those with experience.
